Canadian Square and Round Dance Festival 2026 Room Rates for Hotels with Blocked Bookings Available General Information

Rooms are available at the listed room rate per night for the period commencing 14^th July to July 18^th – the day before and the day after the event. All registrants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements whether with the hotels listed below or not.
The hotels with which we have made arrangements cover differing levels of service from basic to upscale. The room rates reflect this and are based on their 2024 pricing. Taxes are extra. Given inflation and continuing upward price pressures, it is inevitable that 2026 prices shall be higher than we have negotiated. To take advantage, your booking must be made no later than the “Cut-Off” date listed for each hotel. If booked later than that date, the room rates are at the hotel’s discretion. Additionally, most are prepared to apply the same pricing for a few days beforeor after the blocked period. Guests may wish to spend time exploring the beauty of the Okanagan Valley. Cancellation policies and date changes differ by hotel. Please inquire when booking if you need that information. All prices are Canadian Dollars. Each hotel  has its own website which will give more extensive information to assist with your selection. The hotels have differing registration protocols and these are included in the listing to the best of our knowledge.
